The Board Members, Maintenance Committee Members, and Avalon Management braved 105 degree heat over three days in late August working with the Reserve Study expert inspecting and cataloging all the buildings, halls, rooms and equipment that the Association owns in order to obtain a reliable and accurate Reserve Study.
Buildings, walls, roofs and flooring were measured, tables, chairs and equipment counted, and pictures were taken in what will be an inventory of all Association owned assets. Even the attics were crawled into, and roof tops climbed onto for inspection. The Reserve Study is expected to be finalized in October. The Reserve Study is one part of the budget process as the Board begins work on the 2013 budget.
