The Board of Directors has reviewed and approved for distribution, the attached amendments and additions to the Rules and Regulations. In accordance with California Civil Code §4360(a) these are hereby published to the membership for a 28 day comment period. The Board of Directors is soliciting comments from the membership no later than July 14, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. If you have any comments or questions, please email them to [email protected] or by dropping them off at the onsite office at 26850 Sun City Blvd. in Sun City. These amendments and additions will be considered at the next Board meeting on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 in accordance with California Civil Code. Any comments received will be considered at said meeting in accordance with California Civil Code §4360(b). This letter and attachments are posted on campus on the displays located at Webb Hall, North Hall, Olympic Pool and Trophy Room. ![]()
