September 28, 2020 Dear Homeowner, Enclosed please find the proposed changes to the Rules and Regulations and Enforcement and Fine Schedule that supersede the documents published on February 28, 2020. Pursuant to Civil Code §4360, these modified Rules and Regulations are hereby published for your review and comment for 28 days from today’s date. Please submit any comments or changes in writing to the SCCA office at [email protected] or at the address listed above no later than 28 days from today’s date. Any written comments submitted will be reviewed at a special meeting to be called by the Board of Directors for review and vote on the Rules and Regulations shortly after the deadline. The proposed Rules and Regulations and Enforcement and Fine Schedule are also available by calling the office to arrange to obtain a hard copy.
